Using the app
Golf Sparks is provided for your personal use. Do not use it to break the law, and do not attempt to disrupt the service for other people.
Coaching advice is advice, not instruction
Swing analysis in Golf Sparks is generated automatically by a machine learning model. It is frequently useful and it is sometimes wrong. It is not a substitute for a qualified golf instructor, and it is not medical or physiotherapy advice.
Golf involves physical exertion. If a suggested change causes pain, stop, and talk to a professional.
Your content
Your swing videos and round data are yours. We claim no ownership of them. As described in the privacy policy, they stay on your device, and a clip is transmitted only for the single request in which you ask for it to be analysed.
Availability
Swing analysis depends on a third-party service and on your connection, and may be unavailable, rate limited, or changed. The rest of the app works offline and will keep working if analysis does not.
Paid features
Golf Sparks has no paid features today. If that changes, the terms of any subscription — price, billing period, renewal and cancellation — will be set out here and shown to you in the app before you are charged.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including your score.
